Evaluations are crucial to support early decision-making as to whether a project, programme, service, or new model of care needs to be adapted or its implementation method amended to maximise the achievement of the desired outcomes.
Enigma provides independent evaluation support for formal evaluation process to support strategic decision making, to measure impact and ensure that the project, programme, new model of care or intervention(s) is operating as intended and delivering the outcomes intended.
Enigma has supported Public Health related projects requiring Behaviour Insights, Engagement and Research. Depending on the organisational bespoke needs, our evaluation/research support offers will vary.
Evaluation and Research Services include:
- Engagement with relevant Steering Group and stakeholders to agree appropriate evaluation framework and measures.
- Mobilise evaluation project team, governance, reporting.
- Data Analysis, review/analyse monitoring information and monitoring reports.
- Conduct one to one interviews or small/medium focus groups to obtain independent review information from key project stakeholders.
- Identify barriers, gaps, and improvements.
- Engagement with citizens, service partners, patient groups.
- Complete desktop research to support the project evaluation report.
- Overall evaluation report, including interim reports/presentations.
- We can support both short term, long-term and pilot evaluations requirements.
