Enigma’s mission to ‘unlock complexity and unlock hidden potential, to make change happen’, is based on the founder’s belief that change is complex and requires an innovative, focused and people-centred approach.

Samina believes change is more than just a process; it needs to touch a chord within the individual to make that impact for themselves and consequently the organisation. Who we are

Enigma is an authentic company and has been working in partnership with complex health and social care systems, since 2005 in various capacities delivering Transformational Change Projects and Programmes, transforming services and people.

Our change projects and programmes are designed to design out the complexity, be transformational and thought-provoking, to raise awareness and build around the notion of unlocking hidden potential to improve interface working across both internal/external teams and partners. We focus on delivery and the people aspect of the change through prevention, early intervention, well-being, and strengthening resilience.
