Enigma’s Aims, Objectives and Values
- Enigma will work with organisations/businesses, and their teams, to succeed in their aims, objectives, and corporate and social value responsibilities. This means we will support system-wide change through the implementation of complex transformation, business change, and new ways of working and delivering health and social care services.
- Enigma aims to continue to support the transformation of complex health and social care systems/pathways/new models of care, inclusive of workforce transformation. This means being a catalyst for change, enabling the system to aspire to work effectively, in a collaborative way, to unlock ‘model and modern’ health and social care.
- At Enigma we aim to play our part and support the system to reduce inequalities, and fragmentation of service/care at various levels, by championing, strengthening, and levelling up integrated working, to improve the experience of health and social care for individuals, carers, and their families, pushing value-added healthcare.
- Enigma aims to work with organisations to ensure successful structured management of periods of transformation, business change, and policy implementation. We do this by empowering and equipping people and teams with interventional resources, which are effective tools for change, whilst ensuring all parties needs are met, consequently cultivating a culture of wellness, compliance, learning, gratitude, and growth.
- Enigma will encourage the de-stigmatisation of mental and physical health by raising awareness and strengthening people's true resilience, thereby supporting individuals towards recovery and the ability to move forward.
- Enigma will continue to play its part in contributing to social value by creating the right conditions and environments, where individuals and communities can come together to learn from each other and co-produce local solutions to health and social issues.
- Enigma aims to continue to support sector-led service improvements across a diverse range of industries, including supporting the use/adoption of digital technology. This means bringing people together and sharing our passion and expertise to enhance new ways of working and make change happen.
- Enigma endeavours to empower, engage, and encourage people to take more proactive ownership of changes in all aspects of their lives for better mental health and resilience, wellbeing, work-life balance, life and career fulfilment, and prosperity.
- Encourage involvement in mainstream participation causes, creating a fulfilled and better society, where individuals can function at their highest potential and accomplish new levels of achievement, at a personal and professional level.
